I’m Anyelis — founder of Propel On Purpose, an HR and Leadership Development Company that helps impact-driven founders build and develop the values-aligned teams that lead to highly profitable businesses. As a first-gen everything (from college to career to entrepreneurship), I’ve learned how to shift from survival mode to self-trust. As a former HR manager of leadership development programs turned leadership coach, I’ve learned how to harness emotional intelligence to go from being a performative leader to a transformative leader. And as a nerdy behavioral science major, I continue to learn and teach science-backed practices that help us build a greater sense of well-being while we’re building wealth through our businesses.
Because everything I do has to have a purpose, this space is where I explore what it means to be first-gen, challenge how we think about leadership, and share practices that unlock potential AND make you feel powerful while navigating the path to success.

From breaking cycles to creating an aligned life, I share the pearls (aka key lessons) that might empower your journey of being first.
